According to legal regulations, employees are entitled to 25 days of annual leave. In addition, there is a right to 10 extra pedagogical planning and preparation days per year for a standard 5-day workweek.

• A qualified early childhood educator or pedagogical assistant (training completed or in progress)
• A native English speaker or highly proficient in English
• Motivated to support children aged 0.5 – 6 years in their holistic development
• Enjoy working in an international, innovative team
• Ideally proficient in German (B2 or higher)
• Passionate about creative, STEAM-based learning
